We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our Building Control team as a Casual Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team ensuring compliance with building regulations and delivering high-quality services to our community.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the Building Control team in managing day-to-day operations.Provide expert advice on building regulations safety standards and compliance.Oversee inspections and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.Liaise with developers contractors and stakeholders to resolve technical queries.Provide supervision.Drive continuous improvement and maintain excellent customer service standards.About YouProven experience in Building Control management and minimum Registration Class A B D.Strong leadership and team management skills.In-depth knowledge of building regulations and associated legislation.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Please see attached job description and employee specification which you should refer to when completing your application to demonstrate you meet the essential criteria for the role.For an informal discussion please email The CouncilWe are collectively organised around the people and place of North Lincolnshire.
