In this role, you will identify and qualify sales opportunities, support lead generation efforts, and build relationships with prospective customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the achievement of our sales goals. Additionally, you will manage customer inquiries, provide product information, and help optimize customer engagement strategies by leveraging your communication and problem-solving skills.QualificationsStrong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and drive resultsExperience in Customer Service and a track record of ensuring high levels of Customer SatisfactionExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to build rapport and nurture client relationshipsProactive problem-solving mindset and ability to support customer queries efficientlyAbility to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountabilityFamiliarity with CRM tools and sales software is an advantagePrior experience or understanding of AI-driven solutions is a plus
