Their platform enables global enterprises to implement, monitor, and continuously improve their AI and tech rollouts — giving teams true “speed-of-innovation” superpowers.💡 Backed by strong revenue growth and elite investors, this small team is already delivering to paying enterprise clients — and scaling fast.🧩 The RoleAs a Senior Backend Engineer, you’ll take ownership of core backend systems powering an advanced AI platform that integrates production-ready LLMs and agentic systems. You’ll architect scalable backend services, build RAG pipelines, and integrate AI components into distributed systems that enable real-world, production-scale AI deployment.🔧 What You’ll DoArchitect and develop backend systems (Python, FastAPI, Flask, NodeJS)Design and implement RAG pipelines (LangChain, Qdrant, embeddings)Build ETL & CI/CD workflows (Airflow, dbt, MLFlow)Integrate AI/LLM components into backend servicesEnsure reliability, scalability, and maintainability across systemsCollaborate with a small, elite team of engineers and AI researchers💼 About You4+ years of backend experience (Python, distributed systems, async APIs)Proven experience integrating AI or LLM systems (LangChain, vector DBs, etc.)Hands-on with some of Airflow, dbt, MLFlow, ETL, and CI/CD workflowsExperience in early-stage startup environments — self-starter mindsetExcited by ambiguity, ownership, and building from zero to oneIdeally: background in workflow automation, process analytics, or user-driven tech platforms🌍 The Offer£80,000–£105,000 base salary (DOE) (can scale higher for strong candidates)Equity options + startup benefits packageHybrid work (2–3 days/week in London)No sponsorship available⚡ Why JoinBuild the foundation of a world-first Agentic Tech Deployment PlatformWork hands-on with LLMs and AI integrations at production scaleJoin a world-class team at the intersection of AI, infra, and enterprise scaleShape key systems, have real ownership, and grow as the company scales
