Complex Needs Teacher – Part Time (2 Days) – Solihull A welcoming special school in Solihull is seeking a Complex Needs Teacher to join their team on a part-time basis, working Mondays and Tuesdays. This is a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated teacher who is passionate about supporting pupils with complex learning needs and providing a nurturing environment where they can thrive. As a Complex Needs Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering tailored lessons for small groups pupils with a range of special educational needs, including complex learning difficulties. You will work alongside experienced teaching assistants and specialist staff to create a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment. The role requires a creative and flexible approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
