We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our fantastic team. We have an amazing General Manager and Assistant Manager currently working with us but now is the time for us to grow our team at Wildwood York

The stated salary includes the predicated service charge. This is based on an hourly rate on a 45 hour contract depending on your preference. Hourly pay is no different to a salary - you still get paid every 4 weeks and we contract you to full time hours. The benefit is you get paid for every hour you work and never be expected to work for free.

We also offer our Assistant Managers a quarterly bonus plan.

We arent corporate or stuffy. We keep it real. Present and hands on Senior Managers there to help support every step of the way. We strive on making sure there is a right balance of support from your area manager but with the opportunityto have autonomy and say on how the restaurant runs.

In our eyes, were the perfect size, big enough to offer growth and career development and small enough to offer the support and attention you need to be successful.

We do not rely on heavy discounting; we are proud of what we do Our in-house marketing teamwork with you and your restaurant to maximise customer potential rather than utilise other discount platforms.

Were looking for an Assistant Manager who:

Is warm, friendly and a natural with guests

Team focused. Support and guide our team to deliver the best possible service

Has at least one year in a management capacity within a Restaurant

Is experienced in a busy, standards led environment, ideally branded

Is committed to a career in hospitality

Has bags of energy and enthusiasm

Has an interest in other areas such as marketing, training & recruitment
