Interim HR Advisor
  • Day Rate: £150 - £180

Reed HR have partnered with a company in Kent who is currently seeking an experienced Interim HR Advisor to join their team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and proactive HR professional to make a significant impact within our organisation.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees on a range of issues including employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations as needed.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Analyse trends and metrics with the HR department to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Manage HR projects, including the roll-out of new programs and initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
  • Adept at prioritising and managing time effectively.
