Description

  • Managing the company's purchase ledger.
  • Processing invoices and payments in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Reconciling supplier statements.
  • Resolving account discrepancies.
  • Assisting with month-end reporting.
  • Contributing to the improvement of financial processes.
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal departments.

Profile

A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:

  • Experience in a similar Purchase Ledger Clerk role.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of accounting software packages.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
