If you want to work for a company that give back to their employee's and care about creating a supportive and engaging environment to work in, then this role could be for you.Position: Transport PlannerHours: 11:00 - 19:00 Monday - FridaySalary: £33,700 - Duties of Transport Planner:-Ensure all orders received have a transport provider allocated, working in partnership with another transport planner.Plan the route of deliveries using their own fleet of 10 vehicles, covering an average of 75 customers per day, which will rise towards 100 customers at their peak periods. responsible for ensuring their fleet of vehicles are booked for scheduled servicing and maintenance. Complete driver debriefsArrange 3rd party carriers when required.
