Main Duties & Responsibilities Ensure that the instruction is planned and delivered to meet the Company's commercial expectations. Ensure that Learners receive appropriate support, assessment and training based on their individual needs. Ensure that previous achievements are identified, recognised and actioned. Deliver training and provide input into the production of training material as required. Ensure Learners complete their license acquisition within contracted timescales by applying effective time management systems. Assist with the assessment process of new driving candidates. Provide learners with impartial information, advice and guidance to help support. Comply with Observation feedback where applicable. Undergo training and development in line with the needs of the Business, including standardisation activities. Ensure appropriate qualifications are maintained or achieved within relevant timeframe.
