Youll be working closely with the ER leadership team acting as a trusted advisor and collaborator to ensure smooth delivery across a diverse portfolio.If youre passionate about driving operational excellence enjoy working across multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment wed love to hear from you.There would be expectation for some Cardiff travel.What youll be doing:Supporting day-to-day operations across ER teams ensuring delivery requirements are understood and metPreparing materials communications and resources to support ER activitiesReviewing and distilling complex ER papers into clear relevant insights for varied audiencesCoordinating key meetings and preparing ER papers for internal and external stakeholdersManaging workforce change projects including scheduling documentation and consultation logisticsDeveloping and enhancing reporting tools dashboards and analysis to support decision-makingResolving ad hoc queries gathering data and applying commercial acumen to drive outcomesIdentifying and supporting process improvements to enhance employee and business experiencesQualifications : Who were looking for:CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent demonstrable experienceStrong understanding of HR practices employment legislation and organisational policiesExcellent data analysis skills with the ability to derive actionable insightsExperience in coordinating multiple projects or programmes simultaneouslyStrong organisational skills with a keen eye for detailClear and confident communicator both verbally and in writingFamiliarity with project planning methodologies and governance processesAbility to work collaboratively across teams and build trusted relationshipsWhatever your role we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
