Your new roleWorking in a vibrant office alongside a busy finance team, your key duties as the finance analyst will include:* Production of monthly management accounts and variance analysis* Preparation of the budgets, forecasts and cash flow* Provide insight and challenge to support operations and the senior management team* Identify cost-saving solutions and opportunities for growth* Balance sheet reconciliations and weekly reporting* Ad-hoc tasks when requiredWhat you'll need to succeed* Professional finance qualification or qualified by experience* Experience preparing management accounts* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail* Good communication and interpersonal skills* Advance excel and moiling skillsWhat you'll get in returnYou'll be working in an organisation that truly recognise and values success, celebrates and rewards your contributions to business.
