With a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service and a focus on long-term financial planning, this business has established a reputation for excellence in the industry.Role:As a Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting a team of financial planners in delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to their clients.Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough research and analysis on clients' financial situations, including their income, assets, and liabilities- Prepare detailed financial reports, investment analysis, and recommendations to assist financial planners in developing suitable financial plans- Collaborate closely with financial planners to gather necessary information and ensure accurate and relevant documentation for client meetings- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and investment proposals- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, products, and market trends to provide informed recommendations and advice- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policiesRequirements:- Previous experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar role within the financial services industry- Strong knowledge of financial planning concepts, investment products, and regulations- Excellent analytical and research skills with keen attention to detail- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner- A professional and client-focused approach, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationshipsQualifications:- Hold (or working towards) CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial PlanningBenefits:- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses- Pension scheme- Hybrid working model- Professional development opportunities- Supportive and collaborative work environmentIf you are a passionate and driven individual with a strong background in financial planning and a desire to provide exceptional client service, we would love to hear from you.
