Job title: Operations Manager – Midlands                      Job type: Permanent, Full-time

Responsible to: Company Directors                                 Salary range: from £30,000.00 per annum DOE

             

Main duties and responsibilities:

·        Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for business needs and ensure appropriate quality and performance supervision

·        Conduct regular inspections and site-related risk assessments to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards

·        Oversee patrols and supervise facilities staff

·        Work with Directors, company departments and suppliers to efficiently deliver clients' projects

·        Monitor the company scheduling and time keeping system

·        Assist with Health and Safety responsibilities

·        PPE & Uniform logging and maintenance

·        Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective operation of the site(s)

·        Training

·        Track staff overtime regarding annual leave entitlement


Additional duties and responsibilities:

·        Availability to respond to emergencies and address issues outside of regular business hours

·        Complete materials orders for sites

·        Log and file site images

·        Recruitment / vetting / onboarding of new staff

·        Assist with Emergency / immediate cover of subcontracting assistance

·        Ad hoc tasks to assist the operation and growth of the company
