We are working on behalf of our client, a not-for-profit organisation to recruit a Senior Training & Compliance Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting safety, quality, and compliance across the industry. This is a key position providing expert guidance on standards, legislation, and competence within the manufacture, installation, repair, and maintenance of building hardware, doorsets, industrial and garage doors, and automated gates and traffic barriers.  This position is based in Staffordshire. Please note that due to the location, the site is not accessible via public transport, so access to your own vehicle is essential.  What’s on offer for you: A salary circa £50,000 per annum depending on experienceAn annual car allowance of up to £7,000 per annumA discretionary annual bonus based on company performanceThe opportunity to progress rapidly within the organisation35 days' holiday including Bank Holidays and Christmas Shut DownEarlier finishes on Fridays at 4pmFree car parking What you’ll do: Deliver training courses virtually, at their training centre, and on-site at members’ premises throughout the UK and Republic of IrelandRepresent the organisation at standardisation and industry meetings, offering expert input and feedbackContribute to the development of technical publications and future training materials
