DescriptionRole SummaryWTWs DC Research team is highly regarded within the industry and were looking for a motivated individual to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The position offers an excellent opportunity to support our research and consultants who advise some of the UKs largest employers and most innovative Defined Contribution (DC) schemes.Key ResponsibilitiesReviewing and comparing DC pension products and services offered by insurance companies and investment managers.Prepare governance materials and draft reports sourcing data from the provider market.Assist the research team in gathering and refining our research and processes.Contribute ideas to enhance reporting and ensure alignment with UK pensions regulatory requirements.QualificationsEssential RequirementsAbility to work from WTWs Reigate office (23 days per week during training reducing to 1 day mandatory thereafter).Work experience demonstrating strong Excel skills for checking and reporting using data submissions from third parties (e.g. reconciliation lookups).Good written communication skills and attention to detail.Comfortable using PowerPoint to present findings in a clear client-friendly format.Strong organisational and time management skills; able to prioritise.Collaborative and proactive approach to learning.DesirableA basic understanding of workplace pensions.Equal Opportunity EmployerAt WTW we believe difference makes us stronger.
