THE ROLE

As a Front of House Receptionist, you will go beyond the traditional receptionist role. In partnership with one other FOH member, your day-to-day will include:

  • Welcoming and hosting all guests
  • Managing reception spaces and meeting rooms
  • Coordinating refreshments, catering, and team lunches
  • Vendor relationship management 
  • Supporting office maintenance and ensuring spaces look impeccable
  •  Delivering a high level of client service
  • Collaborating with a stellar team of support staff

Your proactive, detail-oriented, and team-player attitude will set you apart. Prior 5 years receptionist/front of house experience in a similar environment is highly valued.
