The firm 

This firm is well recognised in the legal 500. It has a CEO who inspires others to be the best they can be whilst also recognising people need to have fun at work and enjoy what they do. The firm is now seeking a private client solicitor to strengthen its team. 

The role

On offer for a private client solicitor is the opportunity to join a firm handling a varied caseload of private client matters to include wills including planning involving qualifying business assets; preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney; setting up, running and terminating trusts set up either in lifetime or by Will ideally with the administration of estates. 

About you

To be considered for this private client solicitor role you will have the ability to handle a caseload with minimal supervision. You will be based at the Wolverhampton office as the sole private client solicitor but will have cross over with the wider PC team. You must work well independently, enjoy freedom and autonomy and have a desire to build and develop the Wolverhampton work. 

STEP would be advantageous.
