CNC Turner (Weekend Shift)Location: Newbury, West BerkshireSalary: £19ph basic rate (£23.75ph including shift uplift)Hours: 6am to 6pm Fri - SunJob Type: PermanentBenefits include: Private healthcare, premium rate overtime, relocation assistance, life assurance and free on-site parkingAn exceptionally busy manufacturing business in West Berkshire is seeking an additional CNC Turner to add to their very talented Weekend Shift team.To be a successful CNC Turner on the Weekend shift, you must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.The responsibilities of a CNC Turner:Setting and operating a variety of CNC Lathes (Primarily Fanuc controlled Okuma lathes)Using Fanuc controls to set, operate and edit programmesPerforming self-inspection using handheld inspection tools (verniers, calipers, micrometers etc)The profile of a successful CNC Turner on the weekend shift:Used to machining at tight tolerances to produce either aerospace or motorsport quality componentsFamiliar with self inspection tools and techniquesCapable of setting, operating and editing using Fanuc controlsKnowledge of Vericut software (desirable)If you think you have the skills necessary to be a success in this role, please click apply.For any additional information get in touchSyntech Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
