You will also have option for condensed hours, allowing you the option of a 3 day weekend to help maintain that all important work life balance. This council also offer a golden hello payment of £3000 after 12 months, as well as an annual retention payment of £2000, taking your first year salary up to over £52,000 This is a great opportunity to join an established safeguarding team who value best practice and are supportive of one another.
