As an Ocean Export Coordinator, you will manage the end-to-end ocean export process, ensuring shipments are handled smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with international regulations. You will liaise with clients, carriers, and internal teams to deliver a high level of service and operational excellence. Ocean Export Coordinator Key Responsibilities: Manage ocean export shipments from booking to final delivery. Prepare and process export documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations. Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely shipments. Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies. Work closely with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to resolve any shipment issues.
