Required Skills :

• Actuarial Modelling & Calculations
• Programming or Modelling experience (especially VB or VBA)
• Systems Analysis and Testing
• Actuarial Analyst experience within the UK Life and Pensions sector
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Project Leadership – You will provide technical leadership for projects sponsored by various areas

within the company.

Technical Actuarial Support – You will deliver accurate and compliant technical and actuarial

support to the Actuarial Production Services and Operations teams in order that they can achieve

agreed service standards and timelines.

Modelling and Calculations – You will investigate calculation issues, develop calculation models,

suggest amendments, ensuring that non-workflow calculation processes are in place, and calculate

redress to policyholders where an issue has caused policyholder detriment.

System Analysis and Testing – You will review system specifications, identify root causes of issues,

and specify amendments to data to be carried out by the data team.
