The Role
As a Music Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and creative Music lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Plan, prepare, and assess students' progress, inspiring a love for music and performance.
- Contribute to the vibrant extra-curricular program, including musical performances and events.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain the school's excellent standards in Music education.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and a relevant degree in Music or related field.
- Have experience teaching Music at Key Stages 3 and 4 in a UK school setting.
- Be passionate about developing students' musical talents and encouraging creative expression.
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities.
- Be a team player, willing to contribute to the department's development and extra-curricular activities.
