Your CareerOur leading consultancy seeks an experienced and innovative Transformation Specialist to identify craft and oversee high-impact transformation programmes across our most important EMEA clients.This role requires a trusted technical advisor who can bridge the gap between strategic vision and technical execution collaborating with vCISOs Unit 42 engagement leads and client stakeholders to design and deliver transformation blueprints and pragmatic roadmaps towards threat led resilienceYoull work at multiple levels: partnering with Unit 42 peers and client senior decision makers to influence transformation direction embedding into delivery teams to guide execution and engaging in activities to elevate Unit 42s voice in the market.You bring a deep understanding of applying threat context to shape and drive transformation programmes. This role blends delivery technical advisory thought leadership and enablement ensuring our clients achieve measurable security outcomes while unlocking the benefits of a platform adoption strategy.Your ImpactClient Engagement and Programme Delivery:Embed into key Unit 42 client engagements to design and deliver security transformation roadmapsPartner with vCISOs and engagement leads to translate high-level strategy into actionable resilience-building programmesContribute to blueprint generation architecture reviews and post-incident transformation programme designIdentify opportunities for platform adoption particularly across Cortex Prisma and NGFW portfoliosThought Leadership & Industry Collaboration:Represent Unit 42 and Palo Alto Networks in technical workshops industry roundtables or conferencesMaintain expertise in AI cloud security Zero Trust SOC transformation and platformization strategiesCo-author technical thought leadership content micro-briefs and transformation guides for clients.Serve as an internal technical SME supporting GTM campaigns and enablement initiatives across EMEATechnical Excellence & Enablement:Ensure transformation recommendations are pragmatic achievable and aligned to client operating realitiesMaintain awareness of industry best practices emerging technologies and regulatory shifts impacting transformationProvide technical mentoring and knowledge sharing across Unit 42 teams to strengthen delivery capabilityQualifications : Your Experience Proven experience delivering large-scale security transformation programmes in enterprise environmentsBackground in architecture presales professional services or platform strategyStrong understanding of cloud-native security AI applications Zero Trust and SOC modernisationSkilled communicator able to engage confidently with both technical teams and senior executivesExperience in the EMEA market with understanding of local delivery and sales ecosystemsHighly DesiredHands-on expertise with Palo Alto Networks technologies particularly Cortex and Prisma; NGFW experience highly valuedRecognised expertise in a specialist technical topic and the ability to present it at industry events.Professional certifications (e.g. CISSP CISM CCSK PCNSE).Additional Information : Unit 42 brings together our world-renowned threat researchers with an elite team of security consultants to create an intelligence-driven response ready organization.
