Mobile Patrol Officer

PurposeAs a Mobile Security Officer the role involves providing mobile security services and world-class client service across multiple sites within a designated area. Duties include:Performing tasks such as locks/unlocks escort services alarm responses vacant property inspections and patrols.Protecting clients people property and assets while upholding Securitas core values: Integrity Vigilance Helpfulness.ResponsibilitiesMobile Security Services: Deliver a range of services (locks/unlocks internal/external patrols alarm responses vacant property inspections escort services).Professional Conduct: Maintain a polite professional and helpful attitude toward clients and colleagues.Team Direction: Follow instructions from Team Leaders and collaborate effectively.Uniform & Identification: Wear company uniform and display SIA licence and ID card.Vehicle Management: Complete vehicle handovers and checks at shift start/end.Safe Driving: Follow Highway Code drive carefully maintain company reputation.Key Management: Adhere to correct processes for handling keys.Assignment Completion: Follow site instructions and conduct risk assessments.Incident Escalation: Follow escalation processes for incidents break-ins health and safety issues and traffic accidents.Reporting: Use GRS/SMP correctly ensure accurate data capture with photos.Compliance: Follow SOP13 and SOP18 understand drivers handbook and agreement.Flexibility: Be able to work across Branch Guarding districts and assist other branches.Asset Security: Secure company assets (including PDAs) and ensure functionality.CompetenciesInteracting with Others: Ability to take directions work well with people and communicate effectively at all levels.
