Package Revit Architect

Immediate openings on a 6 month contract basis for technologists and/or technical architects with revit to work on packages for a significant London housing development.Position:These are immediate roles to join an existing team to produce and coordinate packages in revit for a significant London housing project at RIBA stage 3-4. You will be responsible for high quality architectural drawings including but not limited to envelope, facade, balconies, podiums, cores and lifts, coordinating with consultants and contractors to ensure build-ability and compliance.Candidate:This practice is looking for technically capable architects, technologists or equivalent with expert revit skills and a portfolio of large complex London housing projects at stages 3 onwards. Although these are technically focussed roles, you will have a strong design sensibility demonstrated through a well presented portfolio of quality drawn work and details. You will be comfortable coordinating with consultants and contractors to ensure the highest level of efficiency and that design is not compromised through each stage of delivery. You will be available for contract work immediately for at least 6 months and be adaptable to jump across project demands.Studio:Join a leading design firm who are boutique in size, allowing close collaboration and a strong sense of culture, however significant in their impact shaping the London housing market.
