Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing plans that align with our company objectives and brand vision.
  • Create and manage high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content that reflect our luxury positioning.
  • Coordinate and promote prestigious events, trade shows, and webinars to enhance brand visibility and engage with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update the company website and social media channels, ensuring content is current, visually appealing, and aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
  • Lead the development of engaging email marketing campaigns, focusing on content creation and performance analytics.
  • Analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, to gather technical information for meaningful marketing content.
  • Manage marketing budgets and monitor expenses to ensure optimal allocation of resources.


Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within the luxury, shopfitting, or joinery sectors.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for marketing and a commitment to staying abreast of industry trends.
