Are you ready to lead the way in winter fun? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Ice Rink Manager to oversee all aspects of our bustling ice rink operation If you have a passion for exceptional customer service and a knack for managing diverse tasks, this is your chance to shine.
As the Ice Rink Manager, youll be at the heart of the action, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing staffing levels, and controlling budgets, all while providing a top-notch experience for our guests. Dont worry if you dont have previous ice rink experiencestrong customer service skills and a positive attitude are key, and full training on Ice Tech will be provided.
Key Details:
- Dates: 2nd November 1st January
- Hours: 6 days a week, 09:00-21:00
Your Role:
- Daily Operations: Oversee all aspects of the ice rink, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Staff Management: Handle staffing levels and ensure your team provides excellent service.
- Budget Control: Manage budgets effectively to maintain operational excellence.
- Tech Support: Receive full training on Ice Tech to support the technical aspects of the rink.
Experience and Skills:
- Customer Service: Strong background in customer service is essential.
- Ice Rink Experience: Not necessary but advantageous.
- Skills: Ability to manage budgets and staffing levels.
