The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders."


Key Responsibilities:


Solution Design and Architecture:

  • Design and architect data backup and recovery solutions using Rubrik products.
  • Assess client requirements and develop customised solutions to meet their data protection needs.
  • Create detailed design documents, including architecture diagrams, configurations, and integration plans.

Technical Leadership

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance during the implementation of solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and support, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.

Client Engagement

  • Engage with enterprise clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Present solutions and demonstrate their value to clients.

Implementation and Integration

  • Oversee the deployment and integration of products into client environments.
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure, applications, and services.
  • Provide hands-on technical support during the implementation phase.
  • Support client automation using scripting methodologies.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Develop comprehensive documentation for designed solutions, including architecture guides, implementation plans, and operational procedures.
  • Generate and present regular status reports to clients and senior management.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated with the latest developments in product solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing solutions and propose improvements.
  • Participate in industry forums and contribute to the company’s knowledge base.


Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT architecture, with a focus on data backup and recovery solutions.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing solutions using Rubrik products.
  • Experience with enterprise IT environments and complex system integrations.


Skills

  • Understanding of Rubrik/backup technologies and data protection principles an advantage.
  • Proficiency in IT architecture frameworks and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is preferred.PowerShell, Python or other scripting experience.
