Our reputable client requires a dedicated Family Solicitor to join their dynamic team.

Title: Family Solicitor
Salary: £45,000+ DOE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: North London

Key Responsibilities of the Family Solicitor:

  • Managing and building up a varied matrimonial caseload.
  • Handling complex legal issues including divorce, financial provision, TOLATA, and children disputes.
  • Providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to family law matters.
  • Advising clients on the wider implications of any transactions or advice.
  • Supporting senior members of the team in their caseloads.
  • Keeping up to date with developments in Family Law.

Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Family Solicitor:

  • A minimum of 5 years PQE in Family Law.
  • Experience working with high net worth clients.
  • Strong understanding of Family Law.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to show empathy and understanding to clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to manage a mixed caseload.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
