What Youll Be Doing Provide day-to-day support for our third-party system resolving technical issues and working closely with our external supplier. Collaborate with Product IT and business teams to identify and implement system improvements. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and carry out configuration updates. Conduct system testing and coordinate updates or changes with our supplier. Create user-friendly documentation and deliver training to enhance system understanding. Monitor system performance and proactively address inefficiencies. Ensure data integrity security and compliance across the platform. Support agile delivery by ensuring quality standards are met at the end of each sprint. What Youll BringEssential: Experience in system support ideally within vehicle funding financial services or a similar environment. Strong understanding of third-party systems and integrations / APIs. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. An inquisitive mindset Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external suppliers. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Desirable: Knowledge of SBS SFPW system.
