This is a full time permanent position working 35 hours per week. Your role will involve: Providing advice through email, phone, and face-to-face meetings. Maintaining accurate case records. Advocating for students at meetings, ensuring processes are fair and policies are followed. Offering welfare support during times of crisis, using professional judgement to create effective plans.
