Key Responsibilities: Provide compassionate person-centred support to individuals in residential and supported living settings.Assist with daily activities including personal care meal preparation and community engagement.Promote independence and wellbeing in line with individual care plans.Work collaboratively with other support staff and healthcare professionals. Requirements: Previous experience in a care or support role.A genuine passion for helping others.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).Right to work in the UK.
