You’ll adapt tasks, use visual prompts, scaffold transitions, and record simple progress notes. You’ll liaise with teachers, the SENCO, and parents to keep strategies consistent.The Candidate:You communicate clearly, stay patient under pressure, and build trust quickly. You follow support plans, keep boundaries firm but fair, and focus on small, measurable wins.
