As a Middleweight Designer, you should be passionate about honing your skills and thrive in a collaborative environment that fosters creativity. The firm is committed to mentoring all team members, helping them become well-rounded professionals with experience across all project stages. Therefore, a Middleweight Designer must show initiative and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects effectively.


As you gain experience, you will be trusted to lead your own projects, acting as the main point of contact with external teams and clients. You will be expected to sharpen your organisational skills, manage drawing packages, and mentor junior staff to support their growth. A solid understanding of the industry, including building regulations and material suitability, is essential. Experience across most or all project stages is required, as you will continue to build your leadership abilities and potentially grow into more senior roles within the studio.
