Role Overview:

  • Position: Private Client Locum Solicitor
  • Location: Cheshire

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of high-quality Private Client work, including Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration.
  • Advising clients on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) matters.
  • Ensuring the timely and efficient handling of all files with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified solicitor with a strong background in Private Client law.
  • Demonstrable experience in Wills & Probate, Estate Administration, and LPA work.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
