Paralegal Role, Litigation - based in PrestonABOUT THE FIRMOur client is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join their dynamic Debt Recovery team within their Litigation department. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in assisting with contested debt recovery work and supporting the streamlining of services.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Paralegal in this busy team, you will be responsible for reviewing new instructions for contested debt recovery work, confirming client instructions and costs, and diarising key dates. You will handle drafting defences, responding to defences, preparing witness statements, and organising court bundles. Additionally, you will instruct advocates/counsel for hearings, prepare statements of costs, and liaise with clients. The role offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
