If youre driven by purpose and ready to contribute to a better future wed love to hear from youAbout the roleWere looking for a BMS Solutions Architect (Building Management Systems) to join our Building Optimisation division and develop technical requirements and solutions that align with the needs of our internal delivery teams and clients.The role will be responsible for preparing competitive accurate and auditable costed solutions using supplier subcontractor and internal labour costs and rates. Youll have the opportunity to work on projects of various scales across all Engineering business streams crafting proposals and business cases that cater to client needs.Your expertise will provide essential support to the leadership and management functions at Optimised ensuring the delivery of high-quality timely and flexible support to team members throughout the business. Our suite of services is unique so a willingness to learn is a must.We understand that candidates have varying experiences and it is unlikely that all aspects of the role description will be an exact match. Please dont be deterred if that is the case wed love to hear from you if you are passionate about our vision and have relevant experience.RequirementsTechnical skillset in a mechanical or electrical disciplineCSCS/ECS gold card holder desirableProven experience in BMS and/or metering systems/IoT design.Competence in developing solution costs and proposal documents.Ability to communicate clearly with clients in non-technical language.Ability to work with and maintain strong relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers.Respect for rigorous health and safety standards.Willingness to learn new solutions and innovate to bring value to our clientsUnderstand and promote the values of B-CorpDemonstrates a positive attitude and willingness to learn.Aproactive attitude that brings drive energy and passion to the roleAbility to work under pressure.Ability to work with agility and self-motivation.Flexible positive and committed team member who works to very high standards.Promotes a culture of inclusivity.UK drivers licenceEligibility to work in the UK.
