Full-Time Legal Secretary and or Paralegal

The successful candidate will have legal secretarial and/or paralegal experience and will be expected to support the team within the Family Law Department. Support is also required in other areas in the firm depending on requirements.
You will have excellent keyboard skills, the ability to use Word for document production using audio digital dictation, approximate typing speed expected 65 wpm and the ability to manage emails and electronic diary through Outlook. You will use the firm’s Case Management system and store all documents/correspondence relating to a matter in that Case Management system. You will have good communication skills to liaise with clients and also others with whom they are in contact during the course of a matter. You will populate forms that are required in each department using the Oyez system and undertake all electronic filing on a daily basis to ensure that files are kept up to date. You will have the ability to prioritise workload, follow the firm’s procedures including Accounts procedures that are adopted by the firm and be able to organise their work and tasks efficiently to ensure maximum output and accuracy. You will assist the Managing Partner with sensitive matters requiring confidentiality and cover reception when required.
Family experience essential. Any applications from paralegal candidates must have the secretarial skills referred to above.
9am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday and OFFICE BASED
