Assistant Technical Co-ordinator required in Essex GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established and growing Residential developer, based in Essex, who are seeking an Assistant Technical co-ordinator to join their team. The Technical team is a really closely knitted team, and this opportunity will be a good opportunity to be involved in its growth as the company expands. As a company each team has a real family feel where everyone’s efforts are valued and do not go unmissed. This opportunity offers flexible working with 1 day on site, 3 days in the office and 1 day working from home. Responsibilities of the Assistant Technical Co-ordinator: * Assist in managing and reviewing architectural and engineering drawings. * Oversee small-scale technical projects with the assistance of the Technical Coordinator. * Support the coordination of consultant teams including architects, structural and civil engineers, and M&E consultants. * Help ensure design information is issued accurately and on time to site teams and contractors. * Track drawing revisions and maintain drawing registers. * Liaise with planning and building control authorities as required. * Attend design and site meetings taking minutes and following up on actions. * Assist in preparing technical reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. * Support the preparation and submission of technical infor...
