We offer exceptional support a wealth of resources and a community of like-minded professionals dedicated to making a difference.What Youll Do As a Words First Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT) youll develop and deliver tailored speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of children across mainstream primary secondary and specialist settings. Youll work at Universal Targeted and Specialist levels supporting between 1 and 4 schoolsall within a reasonable commute from your location. Plus enjoy one full day every other week to work from home on caseload management research and planningWhat We Offer At Words First your development is our commitment. We are dedicated to ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.Who Were Looking For Were searching for passionate driven and reliable individuals who are:- Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills- Excited to collaborate within an MDT and learn from peers- Adaptable patient and empathetic in their approach- Experienced in working with children preferably in a school setting- Skilled in report writing with at least one year of experience as a paediatric speech and language therapistMinimum Requirements:- HCPC-approved Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in Speech and Language Therapy- Full HCPC registration or in the process of registration- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check (covered by Words First)What Youll Get When You Join Us:- Certificate of Sponsorship for successful candidates requiring visas- Comprehensive training and induction programme- Full support throughout the Tier 2 Visa application process- Generous annual leave and flexible working days- Regular company social events- Ongoing professional development opportunities- One full day per half term dedicated to clinical supervision mentoring and peer supervisionAt Words First we are deeply committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
