Scheduling Coordinator

It's an exciting time to join the business as their new Diary Coordinator, providing a key resource for the group in a varied and demanding role that will offer plenty of opportunity for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling maintenance contracts - both new and renewed.
- Ensure that the diary is maintained for all works, and any cancellations are actioned and resolved efficiently.
- Work closely with the engineering team, build relationships across the group.
- Support engineers in scheduling, understanding their availability for overtime and unique skill sets for work availability.
- Check the schedules to allow smooth operating for the day ahead.
- Optimise available resources for operational efficiency.
- Support the Engineering Management Team and Account Coordinators for the delivery of works within set timescales and deadlines for remedial and planned works.
- General administration related to the role.
- Learn and understand the roles of the key engineers and how to maximise their operations within the business.
To Be Successful:
- Excellent written and verbal communication with high emotional intelligence.
- Strong computer skills.
- Naturally solution focussed.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment and excellent stakeholder management skills.
- A flair for building sustainable relationships.
- Ability to understand financial reporting and budgeting.
- Ability to learn legal and regulatory compliance in the fire industry.
