Junior Sous Chef

Location: London

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

Pay: £16.76 per hour

Overtime: Available on an ad-hoc basis

We're on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Junior Sous Chef to join our London-based team in a daytime role. If you're driven to create exceptional dishes and enjoy a steady Monday-to-Friday schedule, this is an ideal opportunity to grow your culinary career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes consistently
  • Ensure cleanliness and food safety are always upheld
  • Assist in menu development and staff training

Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for high-quality food
  • Team-oriented with excellent organizational skills
