Currently, we are seeking a Registered Manager to collaborate with our senior management team at Richmond Village Witney. In this role, you will lead our dedicated team, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents in our 61-bed care home.


About the role

As the Registered Home Manager of our 61 bedded care home, you’ll lead our teams, ensuring safe and effective care for residents. You’ll maintain compliance with CQC standards, manage staffing levels, and collaborate with senior professionals to enhance clinical practices. Additionally, you’ll develop strategic relationships with LAs, CQC, and Primary Care Trust commissioners, serving as a trusted healthcare partner



Who we’re looking for


With experience of managing and developing a care setting, ideally, you’ll have a management qualification such as the Registered Manager’s Award. Approachable and open, you’re a confident leader who can empower our team to deliver the highest standards of care. Passionate about caring for others, you’ll put our residents at the heart of everything you do. The ability to lead by example, you’ll share your knowledge and experience of quality improvement and cultivate an open and honest culture amongst your team. NMC PIN highly desirable but not essential.
