We are delighted to be working with a client that provides outstanding office environments based in Leeds and Harrogate. They on the lookout for a candidate who can deliver exceptional front of house customer service and join their close-knit team in Harrogate. The ideal candidate will have worked in customer service and an office environment, who is resilient, eager to learn and has excellent communication skills.
The responsibilities of the Receptionist:
- Meet and greet all members and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
- Handle and manage customer queries such as service requests, post and deliveries and meeting room enquiries, ensure all queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
- In charge of any deliveries or orders to go out to members.
- Working closely with a Customer Host to help set up meeting rooms, and making sure the rooms are clean and up to standards.
- Booking meetings and taxis if members or visitors require assistance.
- Organising events, helping with the set up of the events and welcoming in members to the events.
- Providing weekly reports to Site Manager on the building status, any feedback and escalating any concerns from the visitors or members.
The ideal person will have:
- Has worked in a customer service environment and has reception/administration experience.
- Looking for someone who is well presented, mature and professional.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks.
- Effective communicator and is able to build strong relationships with a range of customers.
- Has a strong work ethic and will go above and beyond.
- Someone who is keen to learn and is highly motivated.
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
