I am currently working with an engineering company in Basildon who require an experienced Paint Sprayer for their nightshift.The role:In this varied role you will be responsible for carrying out spray painting to a wide selection of parts to a very high-quality finish. The work will include:Spraying surfaces metal and plastic surfaces with protective or decorative material, such as paint, enamel, glaze, gel-coat, or lacquer, using a spray gunCleaning grease and dirt from product, using materials such as lacquer thinner, turpentine, soap, and waterApplying masking tape over parts and areas that are not to be coatedFilling cavities and dents with putty to attain smooth surfaceSelecting and mixing coating liquid to produce desired colourPouring coating liquid into spray container and connecting gun to air-hose, using wrenchesCoating areas inaccessible to hand sprayer, using brushCleaning spraying equipment and brushes with solventHeating and spraying wax onto products after they are testedThe Paint Sprayer – Nights we are looking for will have:Experience in a similar spray painting manufacturing roleStrong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and reliabilityThe ability to work proactively and effectively as part of a teamThe ability to work well and accurately in a time-constrained and pressured environmentGood written and verbal communication skillsThe company are offering:Permanent nightshift Monday to Friday 10:00pm – 6:00pmAn excellent opportunity for progression within a large companyVaried workloadPlenty of overtime availableIf you are interested in this Paint Sprayer – Nights role and believe you have the experience my client requires then please forward your CV
