We specialise in the supply of prestressed precast flooring and stairs to the domestic housing and commercial industry. Due to company growth, we are looking for a self- motivated draughts person to join our team. An ONC\D, HNC\D or a degree in Building studies would be an advantage. The successful candidate should be able to produce layout drawings in AutoCAD which outline the requirements of a design to be used as part of the floor installation process and for the planning and production team to manufacture against. Key Role Responsibilities At least two years detailing experience within the construction industry using AutoCAD. A thorough understanding of construction materials and construction methodology. Produce detailed drawings, plans and sections for residential and commercial sector. Check models & drawings for accuracy and adherence to company standards. Drawing Management: Populating and managing project drawings, as well as ensuring drawing numbering/revisions are in line with document control requirements. Following speciations and calculations to create technical drawings. Ability to convey ideas, updates, and issues effectively with internal team members.
