A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a manufacturer based around Iver area within Buckinghamshire.Salary: £43,000Shift: 4 on 2 off shift rota covering early and late shifts, averaging 40 hours per week.(6:45am – 3:30pm)(3:45pm – 12:30am)Location: Commutable from IverSkills required for the Job – Production Supervisor:Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be involved in, amongst other things: * Leading, developing, and motivating the site production team (Key Ops and Team Leaders), to ensure we have a positive and engaged workforce, including ensuring training has been completed and regular performance reviews are conducted, to reach and exceed KPI’s. * Planning shifts to meet budgets, and handling absences in line with absence policy. * Maximising the service, cost, and quality performance of the site operations, by continually reviewing performance, and exploring opportunities to improve. * Introducing and delivering productivity improvements, promoting increased efficiencies, service, and quality performance, in line with KPI and budgetary requirements. * Liaising with customer services to deal with queries and requests. * Maintaining standards, including quality, health and safety, hygiene and housekeeping.Company benefits –·£43,000 + great package·Performance awards·Pension scheme
