Job Title: Level 2 Teaching Assistant Location: Northampton Sector: SEN School Start Date: ASAP and ongoing recruitment Contract Type: Full-Time Salary: £90 - £100 per day Here at Aspire People, we are seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team at a specialist SEN school in Northampton starting in September 2025. As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored learning and emotional support to pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs. Your contribution will play a vital role in helping our students achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities: * Supporting pupils in both one-to-one and small group settings * Assisting with the planning and delivery of learning activities * Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion * Supporting personal care and mobility needs where required * Working collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and families The Ideal Candidate: * Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) * Has experience working in an SEN or mainstream school setting * Demonstrates patience, empathy, and resilience * Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Is committed to the safeguarding and well-being of all pupils Who are Aspire People?
