We are currently recruiting for a Career Advisers to join our expanding and highly successful Education and Business Team in Oxfordshire. This vacancy is part time term time 28 hours per week.The Careers Adviser role includes the delivery and coordination of Careers Information Advice and Guidance activities in schools/colleges to include one to one guidance Interviews and aspirational/motivational group work (both programme style and individual sessions). This includes finding the best ways to help young people achieve successful transitions and develop in confidence and establishing effective partner relationships with schools colleges and employers.We work with more than 270schools and colleges across the country creating inspiring tailored Careers Education Information Advice and Guidance packages to meet their needs.We know that meaningful impact comes from delivery based on need. With us youll have the opportunity to take the lead and design targeted sessions for students in a range of year groups based on evidence for maximum impact. Digital careers building resilience and challenging career stereotypes are just some of the sessions that our talented advisers have delivered with impressive results.
