Mechanical Foreman

Job Description:As a result of King and Moffatt Building Services securing a number of new projects in the Chichester area we are now looking to hire experienced Mechanical Foremen to play a key role in the successful delivery of these projects. Main duties and responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation teams on-site.Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project drawings specifications and Irish building regulations.Liaise with project managers engineers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.Monitor site progress productivity and quality of workmanship.Conduct daily briefings and toolbox talks to ensure health and safety compliance.Manage materials tools and equipment on-site.Maintain accurate records of work completed labour hours and site issues.Assist in resolving technical or coordination issues on-site.Qualifications : Fully qualified plumber or mechanical craftsperson with relevant certifications (e.g. CSCS Carded Manual Handling).Minimum 5 years experience in mechanical installation with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.Strong knowledge of HVAC pipework plumbing and mechanical systems.Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills.Experience working on commercial industrial or data centre projects is an advantage.Full clean driving licence (desirable).Additional Information : Having an inclusive and flexible culture helps the business continue to grow as a strong dynamic and innovative organisation.As well as being supported and encouraged to develop your career here at King and Moffatt we also offer the following:Competitive salaryProfessional Development support Employee Assistance Program Health and Wellness programsAt King and Moffatt we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion to drive innovation creativity and success.
